4. Cancellation Policy: Clients may request cancellation of services; however, no refunds will be provided. If services are canceled midway, the entire amount paid will be forfeited. The agency also reserves the right to cancel services in case of misuse or unlawful intent.
5. Confidentiality: All client information, documents, and case details are treated with utmost secrecy and will only be shared with the client or as required by law.
